Exchanges
Thoughtful Treasures allows exchanges for items that are relative, same, or different if you are not satisfied with your purchase. This is only applicable until delivery; once the invoice is signed, all exchanges must be requested within two days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be in original factory packaging as received. [Name] will contact you to schedule a pickup for returns. Thoughtful Treasures offers refunds on items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. When a refund is requested, Thoughtful Treasures will contact you to schedule a pickup date. The refunded amount will be received electronically as soon as possible and may also be issued via company check, mailed within 2 to 3 business days. Refunds may include fees of up to a 20% restocking fee, and a 35% restocking fee for items delivered in person.Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted but must be made within 48 hours of purchase. Mattresses and couches are final sale.
